1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be intact, brand new, and unworn.
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product.
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- Jewelry items are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please fill out our contact form on the website. You will need to provide the following information:
- Your order ID
- Your email address
- Other relevant order details
- Your PayPal account information (for refund processing)
3. Time Frame for Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after our warehouse receives and verifies that the returned item meets our refund eligibility criteria.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Jewelry items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
5. Return Shipping
- If a refund is requested because the customer does not like the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
